A pet dog named Cecil from Pennsylvania went viral for chewing up $4,000 in cash belonging to its owners, Clayton and Carrie Law. The incident occurred in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania when Cecil found an envelope containing the money meant for a contractor. The couple described Cecil as a ‘goofy guy’ who is usually not food-motivated but apparently is money-motivated. The couple had to tape together the destroyed bills and locate the serial numbers to ensure the banks would replace them. However, $450 remains unrecovered.
