STATE TIMES NEWS R S PURA: The psychology cell of Govt .Degree college R.S Pura. organised an online lecture on ” Stress management ” under the patronage of Dr. G.S Rakwal on Saturday on Google Meet .The event was started with a welcome address by convenor of the Psychology cell Asstt. Prof. Sandeep Kumari. The speaker of the day was Dr. Shiv Mangal Asstt. Prof . of psychology GDC Basholi . He talked in length about various signs ,causes and various techniques to cope up with stress . He has also emphasized that with the help of Yoga , meditation, healthy diet and counselling services one can easily manage stress . The principal of the college Dr. G.S .Rakwal also share their valuable and informative ideas to our participants. The event was attended by huge number of students and faculty members of the college. The event was concluded with a formal vote of thanks by Prof. Vijay Kumari. The event was also Coordinated by all the committee members of psychology cell.
