JAMMU, Aug 14: On the occasion of 78th Independence Day, Canara Bank Regional Office Jammu, awarded Dr. Ambedkar Vidya Jyothi Scholarships to meritorious SC/ST girl students from Class 5th to 10th in a function held here today.
The function was held under the able leadership of Regional Head, Prashant Kumar (Assistant General Manager), in which Mateesh Sharma (Assistant General Manager) from Reserve Bank of India was the special guest.
Chandrakala Sharma, Principal Govt Girls School Chatha also spoke on the occasion and congratulated all the students who got the scholarship.
The programme was conducted by Amit Sharma and vote of thanks was given by Sanjeev Kumar Jha Divisional Manager.
