JAMMU: The government on Tuesday constituted teams of officers for monitoring punctuality of employees in various Departments of Civil Secretariat.
“Sanction is accorded to the constitution of team of Officers for monitoring the attendance of employees working in various Department of Civil Secretariat, Jammu and Srinagar,” reads an order issued by Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, Commissioner/ Secretary, General Administration Department (GAD). “The team shall conduct random surprise checks of all departments and report un-authorized absence of employees to the GAD for appropriate disciplinary action,” it added. Team for Civil Secretariat, Jammu comprised of Dr. Mohammad Usman Khan, Deputy Secretary, GAD and Mohit Raina, Under Secretary, GAD while team for Civil Secretariat, Srinagar include Reyaz Ahmad Wani, Deputy Secretary, GAD and Riyaz-ul-Haq, Under Secretary, GAD.
