RAJOURI: Organised by the Rajouri District Volleyball Association and sponsored by the J&K Sports Council (JKSC), the 21 days long coaching camps in boys and girls sections concluded at different venues, here on Monday. These camps held under the banner of Volleyball Association of J&K. While the girls training facility was set up at Manjakote involving 14 young spikers, the camp for boys took place at Bagnoti.
In the closing of the camps, Zonal Physical Education Officer (ZPEO), Hanif Khan was special guest at Manjakote and in boys closing event was attended by Kastori Lal (Retd DYSSO).
Both the special guests highlighted the role of Mohd Tariq in promoting the game of Volleyball in the twin districts of Rajouri and Poonch.
Those present on the occasion were Babu Ram, Khalid Hussain, Dr Aysan Qureshi, Jameel Ahmed, Bharat Bhushan, Rashid Khan, Shabir Ahmed, Shakil Khan and Mangat Ram.
