JAMMU: Beating their counterparts from Bishnah and Bhalwal to win under-14 and under-19 groups respectively, Jammu zone made it a double title win in the ongoing inter-zone boys’ Badminton competition, organised by the Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS), at Indoor Complex, MA Stadium, here on Friday.
The other age group event of under-19 boys shall complete tomorrow, reports reaching here informed. In total, around 70 school going players turned up for the competition from 14 zones of district Jammu.
Earlier, the competition declared open by Deputy Director DYSS, Jatinder Mishra, who interacted with the participants and officials. He complimented district Jammu for the initiative.
