Clean India campaign held by NSS GGM Science College in slum areas

NSS volunteers & faculty members along with slum dwellers during the programme.

Jammu: NSS unit of GGM Science College Jammu under the patronage of Principal Dr. RavenderTickoo and supervision of NSS PO Dr. Deepali Mahajan on Friday organised Clean India awareness drive.
The volunteers told people in slum the importance of cleanliness particularly in times of COVID pandemic.
The NSS volunteers distributed about 100 sanitary napkin packets in the Kalika Colony under Clean India campaign.
NSS volunteers donated the sanitary pads to girls and also explained the importance of menstrual hygiene. Neeru, Divya, Sajal, Sartik, Vishal, Pranav, Uzma, Farzana, Nancy, Ajinka, Suhani, Reetik, Aaghav, Prerna, Shradha, Gulnaz, Meehika, Sonam, Nikita Ritish and Tanisha participated in two day ShramDaan.
