SAMBA: District administration Samba on Saturday conducted an anti encroachment drive at village Khanwal and retrieved 55 Kanals and 1 Marla of Maqbooja Kahcharai land.
On the directions of Deputy Commissioner, a Revenue team led by Tehsildar Samba, Rampal conducted the drive.
Giving details, Tehsildar said that Maqbooja Kahcharai land under Khasra no. 106 and 107 and measuring 55 Kanals and 1 marla situated at village Khanwal was retrieved by Revenue Department. “A signboard of State land was also installed on the site after conducting Hadhbandi and installation of boundary Poles,” added Tehsildar.
