SAMBA, Apr 26: Samba police has arrested three criminals in the jurisdiction of Police Station (PS) Samba and recovered two sharp edged weapons (Tokas) from their possession.
A police party headed by in charge Police Post (PP) Supwal of PS Samba during patrolling near Barian, intercepted a motorcycle bearing Registration Number JK21H-2243 coming from Vijaypur side police said. During checking, two sharp edged weapons (Tokas) have been recovered from the possession of three persons riding on the said motorcycle, police said.
The accused identified as Rajeev Gill, son of Jasbir Singh Gill, Jon Massi, son of Subash Massi and Dawan Massi, son of Subash Massi, all residents of Vijaypur, have been arrested and two sharp edged weapons (Tokas) have been seized. The motorcycle has also been seized, police said.
A case FIR No. 121/2025 U/S 4/25 Arms Act has been registered at Police Station Samba and further investigation is going on.
