JAMMU: To further intensify the ongoing fogging drive, JMC has been covering each area falling within its jurisdiction keeping in view the increasing cases of dengue in Jammu city.
The drives are being undertaking with the cooperation of Anti Malaria Wing.
Commissioner JMC, Avny Lavasa issued directions to health wing of JMC to put in place the sufficient number of men and machinery so that every nook and corner of the city can be covered in respect of fogging to avoid the chances of dengue, as cases of Dengue are on the higher sides in Jammu.
The Commissioner appealed the general public to come forward and extend their helping hands to JMC so that Dengue can be eradicated from Jammu and also added that residents should pay attention that waste water should not be accumulated which is a main cause of Dengue.
