Wazir Murder Conspiracy

JAMMU: Continuing investigations into the suspicious murder of former MLC and senior NC leader Trilochan Singh Wazir in an apartment in Delhi, the Crime Branch wing of Delhi Police on Sunday raided a house in Sainik Colony and arrested a suspect, whom Wazir family also named during media briefing in Jammu.
The Delhi police team today afternoon arrived at Sainik Colony Jammu and arrested a contractor namely Surinder Singh alias Kala, son of Late Isher Singh, resident of H No 76, Sector-D, Sainik Colony, Jammu. The police team consisting of ASIs Surinder Kumar, Lal Singh and Constables Satya Parkash, Surinder Kumar from Police Station Moti Nagar, Delhi led by Inspector Vijay Kumar conducted the raid.
FIR 557/2021 was registered on September 9, 2021 under Sections 302 /201/120-B/34 of IPC soon after the body of Trilochan Singh Wazir, Chairman, Jammu & Kashmir Gurdwara Prabandhak Board and Chairman, All J&K Transport Association was found in Delhi under mysterious circumstances.
Demanding strict action against the culprits, the Wazir family had alleged that they were surprised to see conspirator and suspect in murder case, welcoming and addressing Union Home Minister, Amit Shah from the stage of Gurdwara, Digiana Ashram, Jammu on October 24, 2021.
Besides accused Harpreet Singh and Harmeet Singh, names of Sudershan Singh Wazir and Surinder Singh Kala were also included in FIR registered at Police Station Moti Nagar, Delhi.
The bereaved family members has also urged the Government for providing them justice by booking all culprits involved in the brutal killing of Late Trilochan Singh Wazir.
