JAMMU, Sept 9: Prashant Goyal, P K Pole and Vijay Kumar Bidhuri, who have earlier served in Jammu and Kashmir, are among the 15 IAS officers of AGMUT cadre posted in Delhi as Lieutenant Governor of Union Territory Delhi today ordered a significant reshuffle in the UT administration.

As per the order in this regard, Financial Commissioner Prashant Goyal will now also hold the additional charges of ACS (Food & Civil Supplies) and CMD (DFC).
Pandurang K Pole , has been posted as Secretary Higher Education & TTE) with the additional charge of Secretary (Education), while Vijay Kumar Bidhuri, who was awaiting posting, has been given charge of Secretary (Urban Development) with the additional charge of Secretary Environment & Forest.
Prashant Goyal has served in Jammu and Kashmir as Principal Secretary, Industries & Commerce Department and Principal Secretary, Housing & Urban Development Department while both Pandurang K Pole and Vijay Kumar Bidhuri have served as Divisional Commissioners of Kashmir.
