BSP resolves to strengthen base in Vijaypur

SAMBA, Sept 23: Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) has resolved to strengthen its base in Vijaypur Assembly segment of Samba district.
The party convened a significant meeting in Vijaypur Vidhansabha area of district Samba, under the leadership of JKUT president, Darshan Rana. The meeting, organized by State secretary Raj Kumar Chalotra, was attended by prominent party leaders, including State general secretary Raja Singh, Sunil Majotra, Sat Paul Bavoria, Nanak Chand, and other dedicated members.
The primary focus of the meeting was to chalk out strategy on strengthening the BSP in the region and preparing for the upcoming Panchayat and Urban Local Body (ULB) elections. The leaders discussed key initiatives to expand the party’s grassroots presence and mobilize support to effectively address the needs of the community.
The meeting also addressed pressing concerns related to the recent floods in the region. The BSP urged both the Central and State Governments to take immediate action to support flood-affected areas. The party demanded to release of funds, expedite the release of financial aid for flood-affected regions to ensure timely relief and rehabilitation, transparent allocation of 5 Marla plots to families impacted by the floods and announce a comprehensive package by the Central Governments for the rehabilitation of flood-affected communities.
The meeting concluded with a renewed resolve to enhance the party’s outreach and work tirelessly for the welfare of the people in Vijaypur Vidhansabha and beyond.
