CHANDIGARH, Oct 2: J&K Bank today organised a corporate customer meet in Chandigarh on its 88th Foundation Day, bringing together corporate clients, business houses and other valued customers of the Mohali Cluster.
The event was chaired by the Bank’s Chief General Manager (CGM) Sunit Kumar in the presence of Cluster Head (Mohali) Vishal Pandoh and senior officials.
Speaking on the occasion, CGM Sunit Kumar thanked participants for their trust and support.
“Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Their suggestions and concerns are vital for us not only in refining our products and services but also in charting the future direction of the Bank,” he said.
Highlighting the Bank’s offerings, he stated, “The Bank is providing some of the most competitive interest rates on Home, Car and other loans, along with tailor-made deposit products catering to entrepreneurs as well as salaried individuals.”
He added that technology integration has helped the Bank reduce loan processing and sanction turnaround times.
“The Bank is continuously improving on its technology front to match the best in the industry,” he remarked.
Customers present at the meeting expressed satisfaction with the Bank’s services.
They appreciated the visible improvement in turnaround time for loan processing and sanctioning, while also welcoming the recent reduction in interest rates. Some participants, however, requested more touch points in the region.
Responding to the feedback, Kumar assured them that the Bank would expand its footprint while enhancing digital delivery channels to improve convenience.
On the occasion, J&K Bank also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Vintage Green Housing, Mohali under an Arranged Financing Partnership (AFP) to provide sustainable housing finance solutions to prospective buyers.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Cluster Head (Mohali) Vishal Pandoh, who lauded the active participation of customers and reaffirmed the Bank’s commitment to strengthening relationships with them.
