JAMMU, Oct 5: Two books authored by Ruchi Chabra, Principal of DPS were released in a function held here today.
The books were released by Dr Ritu Singh, Pro Vice Chairperson in presence of S S Sodhi, Director, DPS Jammu.
The books, ‘The Things We Carry’ and ‘Seer of the Moonland’, reflect both the depth of human experience and the boundless beauty of cultural imagination.
Speaking at the release, Dr Ritu Singh appreciated the author’s creative spirit, saying that “Books such as these remind us that education must go beyond classrooms to touch hearts and awaken imagination.”
S S Sodhi commended Ruchi Chabra for her literary accomplishment, noting that “Her writing reflects the values of resilience, reflection and purpose that DPS Jammu strives to instill in its students.”
Expressing her heartfelt gratitude, Ruchi Chabra said, “With heartfelt regards, I am delighted to present the first copy of my book to president Ajatshatru Singh, Dr Ritu Singh and S S Sodhi. Their inspiring leadership and vision for excellence at DPS Jammu continue to guide and motivate all of us. I seek their blessings for my humble work.”
With this literary contribution, Ruchi Chabra continues her journey not only as an educator and leader but also as a storyteller who inspires creativity, empathy and lifelong learning within the DPS community and beyond.
