After it was pointed out that a few international flyers who have completely recovered from Covid-19 continue to test positive for the viral disease, thus affecting their travel to India, the state’s Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) on Covid-19 has recommended that these travellers furnish a clinical evaluation report stating that they have no symptoms and a negative sub genomic RNA (SgRNA) test in order to fly.
