JAMMU, Oct 8: IPS Officer hailing from Jammu and Kashmir, Rakesh Balwal has been promoted to Super Time Scale of Deputy Inspector General of Police in Manipur.
Governor of Manipur appointed three 2012 batch IPS Officers including Rakesh Balwal in Super Time Scale of IPS.
Rakesh Balwal is 2012 batch IPS, who has also remained SSP Srinagar during deputation to Jammu and Kashmir.
