JAMMU, Oct 23: Initiating Regular Departmental Action against Abdul Lateef Malik, the then Assistant Accounts Officer, PHE, Sub Division, Budgam and presently AO, Audit & Inspections Kashmir, the Government has appointed Javed Ahmad Khanday, Sadder Treasury Officer, Srinagar, as the Inquiry Officer.
He will inquire into the charges framed against Abdul Lateef Malik and submit the report within a period of 15 days.
Ajaz Ahmad, Accounts officer, Directorate General of Accounts & Treasuries, will be the Presenting Officer in the case.
