JAMMU, Oct 29: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Jammu & Kashmir president and Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha), Sat Sharma (CA), conducted an extensive tour of the election-bound Nagrota Assembly constituency and chaired a meeting of party activists and prominent locals at Village Agora, Mathwar Mandal, to strategize for the upcoming by-election.
The meeting organized by KD Singh, witnessed the participation of district Prabhari Ayodhya Gupta, spokesperson, Zorawar Singh Jamwal, Ravinder Singh, Sanjeev Singh, Babishan Singh, Rajdev Singh, Kuljeet Singh, Mandal president, Anjali Sharma, senior party leaders, and numerous enthusiastic locals who reaffirmed their commitment to ensure a resounding victory for the BJP.
In his address, Sat Sharma said that the BJP has created a niche in the hearts of the people through its unwavering commitment to development, transparency, and good governance. He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, India has witnessed an era of unprecedented progress and empowerment, particularly of the poor and marginalized. He said that the guiding principle of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas’ ensures that every section of society feels represented and included. The BJP is reaching the most underprivileged and working for their upliftment, which remains the true spirit of our movement, he stated.
Sat Sharma further emphasized that the people of Nagrota have full faith in the BJP and are wholeheartedly welcoming the pro-development policies of the Modi Government. He stressed that Nagrota has seen the commitment of BJP and cherishes the legacy of late Devender Singh Rana, whose daughter Devyani Rana is now contesting as the BJP candidate. He added that the people are ready to vote in larger numbers, and asked the cadre to work with ever-increasing dedication to ensure the greatest victory margin ever.
Ayodhya Gupta, in his address, said that the BJP’s focus remains on development, empowerment, and inclusive growth. He urged all booth-level workers to strengthen the grassroots connect and reach every household, ensuring that the people’s trust in BJP translates into a historic mandate for Devyani Rana in the forthcoming election.
Rajan Singh, TP Singh, Ashok Pandit, Chaman Lal, Shamu Sharma, Kailash Singh, Rekha Langeh, Bobby Jamwal, Sunil Sharma, Bhuvnesh Mehta, Ballu Langeh, Sahib, and number of Panches and prominent personalities of Mathwar and Bhalwal Blocks were also present.
