JAMMU, Oct 30: Bharat Tibet Sahyog Manch (BTSM) here today announced its Doda District unit and appointed Vijay Charak as president and Amresh Kotwal as general secretary.
The announcement was done by Kulveer Kataal, State vice president BTMS and Doda district in-charge after consulting with Dr. Vivek Sharma, BRMS president of J&K and Ladakh.
Other office bearers announced on this occasion were Raj Kumar Kotwal, appointed as vice president of Doda unit; Mukesh, Ranjeet Parihar and Kishore Kumar-secretaries and Sumit Singh, publicity secretary.
Speaking on the occasion Kulveer Kaatal talked about their plans to organise major protest rallies, seminars and public processions to raise awareness about the plight of Tibet and Tibetans and to highlight India’s role in the matter.
He said that we will also organise various awareness programmes to boycott the use of Chinese items.
Dr. Vivek Sharma, president J&K and Ladakh UTs said that BTMS under the guidance of Dr. Indresh Kumar is dedicated for the liberation of Tibet and Kailash Mansarovar.
