KISHTWAR, Oct 31: Fire inflicted massive damage on a residential house in Garh Massu area of Padder here today.
Sources informed that after noticing the flames coming out from the residential house of one Om Nath, locals made efforts to douse the blaze and also called the personnel of Fire and Emergency Services after which fire tenders rushed from Atholi to the spot along with cops.
“Soon the fire was doused with the help of cops, men from Fire and Emergency Services and local volunteers but before that it had caused massive damage to the residential house and all the belongings there were burnt,” locals informed.
Police has registered a case in this regard and started investigations to ascertain the causes behind the fire.
However, there was no loss of life or injury to anyone in the incident.
