Training course on anti-corruption cases concludes at SKPA

UDHAMPUR, Nov 22: The three-day specialized training course on anti-corruption cases concluded today at the Sher-i-Kashmir Police Academy (SKPA).
Rajinder Kumar Gupta, SSP, Dy Director (Indoor/Training) was the chief guest on the occasion and presided over the valediction ceremony.
Speaking on the occasion, Gupta highlighted the importance of strengthening investigative skills and enhancing professional competence for effectively handling corruption-related cases.
He also appreciated the efforts of the Academy in organizing such capacity-building programmes and encouraged the participants to apply the knowledge gained during the course in their field assignments.
During the ceremony, the chief guest distributed course certificates to all the participants.
The training programme featured sessions by eminent guest speakers from the anti-corruption bureau (ACB) J&K, the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) and senior faculty members of SKPA.
The distinguished speakers included Benam Tosh, SSP, Dy Director (Outdoor) SKPA, Ayaz Sheikh, SSP ACB Jammu, Sunit Kargotra, JDP, ACB Jammu, Irshad Ahmed, DDP ACB Jammu, Rajesh Bakshi, CPO Reasi Court, Kamal Sangra, Dy SP ACB Jammu, Amit Koul, Scientific Officer FSL Jammu, Inspr Mohd Ashraf and Gurmeet Singh, AAO SKPA.
They shared their extensive experience and provided valuable insights into the legal, technical and procedural dimensions of anti-corruption investigations.
The course concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all participants for making the programme successful and enriching.
The course was coordinated by Inspector Tilak Raj and assisted by ASI Zareena Malik.
