TRAI organizes outreach programme on cyber hygiene

JAMMU, Nov 26: A consumer outreach program on consumer grievance redressal and cyber hygiene organized by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) was conducted at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University today.
The program witnessed enthusiastic participation from more than 200 attendees, including students, faculty members and representatives of Service Providers.
Rajesh Tripathi, Joint Advisor and Sushil Kumar Bansal, senior Research Officer, TRAI, alongwith representatives of Aitel, BSNL, Jio Vodafone Idea delivered sessions covering the impact of spam, key preventive measures and the consumer grievance redressal framework.
A major highlight of the event was the live demonstration of the TRAI DND 3.0 App.
Participants downloaded the TRAI DND 3.0 App during the session, reaffirming their commitment to adopting proactive measures against unsolicited communications.
