JAMMU, Dec 2: The 18th UT Rollball Championship concluded at Skating Rink, MA Stadium here today, witnessing energetic participation from boys and girls across different age groups. The event highlighted exceptional skating and Rollball skills, with Jammu and Srinagar districts dominating several categories.
In the boys’ section, Jammu emerged champions in the Under-11, Under-14, Under-17 and Senior categories, while Udhampur, Srinagar, Rajouri, Kathua and Ganderbal secured podium finishes.
In the girls’ events, Kathua claimed the Under-11 title, while Srinagar topped the Under-14 and Senior categories. Jammu displayed strong performances, winning the Under-17 crown and earning multiple second and third-place finishes. Reasi also marked its presence with a third-place spot in the Under-14 category. The championship concluded on a high note, celebrating young talent and promoting Rollball as a fast-growing sport in the Union Territory.
