JAMMU, Dec 16: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has placed Er. Rajesh Kumar Gupta as In-charge Engineer-in-Chief (Secretary Technical) in the Public Works (R&B) Department with immediate effect.
According to an order issued by the department, Er Gupta, who was serving as In-charge Chief Engineer (Civil), has been given the additional responsibility in his own pay and grade following the decision of the Council of Ministers.
