JAMMU, Dec 28: Rotary Club (RC) Jammu Tawi here during a function at Paloura distributed bicycles to the children of BSF martyrs.
Members of BSF Wives Welfare Association (BWWA) were also present on the occasion.
The programme was conducted as part of RC’s ongoing commitment to community service and social up-liftment.
Bicycles were given to the children to enable them to commute to their schools more easily and pursue their education with renewed confidence and independence. Speaking on the occasion, the chief gust, Chiter Pal, DIG SHQ Jammu appreciated the RC Jammu Tawi for honouring the sacrifices of brave BSF soldiers by supporting their families.
