JAMMU, Dec 30: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has nominated Er Irfan Ahmed Reshi, In-charge Assistant Executive Engineer, as Technical Officer to assist in the implementation and monitoring of the India Stack Local – Digital Success and Digital Solution initiative in the Union Territory.
