Continuing with its endeavour to provide assistance to the families of martyred and deceased Police personnel, the DGP J&K Shri Dilbag Singh has sanctioned Rs 2.78 Crore ex-gratia/ special welfare relief for NoKs of martyred/ deceased police personnel.
Pertinent to mention that Police headquarters has sanctioned over Rupees 37 crore as Ex-gratia and Special welfare relief in favour of martyred/ deceased police personnel during this year till today.
Police Headquarters is running many schemes for welfare of its personnel and their families.There are also schemes for the wards of police personnel & SPOs.Besides,there are schemes for the NoKs of martyrs, their wards and also for the retired police personnel & their spouses.
