The Supreme Court on Monday lashed out at the Delhi government for making “lame excuses” for not taking emergency measures to tackle the deteriorating air quality in the national capital. The top court also asked the Centre to suggest “drastic measures” to deal with the emergent air pollution situation in Delhi.
