JAMMU, Jan 3: The Gymnastics Association of Jammu & Kashmir is set to organise the UT Gymnastics Championship on January 10 and 11 at Gymnastics Hall, Indoor Stadium, Jammu. The Championship will be conducted under the aegis of the Gymnastics Federation of India (GFI) and the J&K Sports Council.
All participating gymnasts have been asked to report with a copy of Aadhar card and a photograph to Ravinder Singh (9484015310), who will serve as organiser and coordinator. The championship will be held under the supervision of Rajan Sharma (9419145390), Chairman, Activity Committee.
Organiser said participation in the UT Championship is mandatory for athletes aspiring to represent Jammu & Kashmir in the forthcoming National Championship at Pune from 2nd to 5th February 2026. Er. Kiran Wattal, President, Gymnastics Association of J&K and Vice-President GFI, appealed to all budding gymnasts to participate actively and prepare themselves for the national-level competition.
