POONCH, Jan 16: Rajinder Singh, PET Class-I and National Referee (Taekwondo) from the Department of Youth Services & Sports (DYSS) J&K, has been appointed as a referee for the 2nd Federation Cup Taekwondo Championship, to be held in Jaipur from January 18 to 23. Organized by India Taekwondo under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, the appointment highlights J&K’s growing presence in national sports. Founder of Taekwondo in Poonch, Rajinder Singh has been instrumental in promoting the sport at the grassroots.
