KATHUA, Feb 10: Kathua District is all set to host its District Boxing Championships on February 12 at Sports Stadium Kathua, organized by J&K Amateur Boxing Association under the aegis of Boxing Federation of India and J&K Olympic Association, with sponsorship from the J&K Sports Council.
As per handout issued the competition will feature Sub-Junior, Junior, Youth and Elite categories for both boys and girls. Boxers are required to submit their registration form, Aadhaar card, entry fee and photograph to the organizer, Naresh Kumar (Mobile: 7051902187). Eligible participants must meet the age criteria: Sub-Junior (2011-2012), Junior (2009-2010), Youth (2007-2008) and Elite (1985-2006).
