JAMMU, Feb 11: Day 3 of the Martyrs Memorial Hockey Tournament witnessed high-octane action at K.K Hakku Stadium, Jammu.
In Pool A, Jammu South secured a commanding 6–2 victory over Central Kashmir. Charanbir Singh of Jammu South was adjudged Man of the Match for his outstanding performance.
In Pool B, Poonch XI displayed dominant form, defeating Jammu North 7–2. Zahid Shabir earned the Man of the Match award for his remarkable contribution.
The 1st Quarter-Final produced a thrilling finish, with Jammu Central edging past Punjab State Power Corporation 5–4 in a penalty shootout after a closely contested match. Nitesh Kumar of Jammu Central was named Man of the Match for his decisive role.
