JAMMU, Feb 20: The much-awaited Legend Master 3.0 Inter-State National T20 Cricket Championship commenced today MA Stadium today. The tournament was inaugurated by former Deputy Chief Minister Nirmal Singh in the presence of KS Jamwal, Senior Vice President and Vivek Suri, General Secretary of Veterans Cricket Association J&K, along with other dignitaries and sports lovers.
Organised by the Veterans Cricket Association J&K in collaboration with the Excise Department J&K and Sree Toyota, the championship has brought together seasoned cricketers from across the country. Teams representing Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Bengaluru, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and hosts Jammu & Kashmir are participating in the prestigious inter-state T20 event, promising high-quality and competitive cricket.
Nirmal Singh lauded the organisers for promoting veteran cricket and providing a competitive platform to experienced players. He said such events foster unity, sportsmanship and strengthen the sporting culture of Jammu & Kashmir.
Vivek Suri presented the vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the chief guest, participating teams, sponsors and supporters. He said the initiative aims to revive veteran cricket in J&K and inspire the younger generation through the spirit of the game.
