JAMMU, Feb 22: The Champions League 2026 final at Country Cricket Stadium concluded in thrilling fashion, with Bullet Team emerging victorious over Safran Cricket Club. Bullet Team, after winning the toss, chose to bat first and posted a competitive total of 175/9 in 20 overs. Vikram Singh played a brilliant innings, scoring 64 runs off 40 balls, while Pradeep Singh contributed 29 runs off 21 balls.
In reply, Safran Cricket Club began their chase with steady contributions from Latif Hussain (33), Siddharth (18) and Jonty (16). However, they faltered in the middle overs as Bullet Team’s disciplined bowling took control. Utkarsh Kaul was the standout bowler, claiming an impressive 4-wicket haul. He was well supported by Pradeep Singh, who took 2 wickets and Irfan and Dalib Singh, who each took one wicket.
The award winners of the tournament were recognized for their stellar performances. Pradeep Singh was named Man of the Series for his all-round excellence, while Vimarsh Kaw was awarded Best Batsman. Utkarsh Kaul earned Best Bowler and Jonty was recognized as Best Fielder for his exceptional fielding.
The prize distribution ceremony was graced by Amitava Chatterjee, MD & CEO of Jammu & Kashmir Bank, alongside Vikrant Sharma, Director CCA, as guest of honour.
