JAMMU, Feb 24: Swami Vivekananda Medical Mission Charitable Hospital conducted a complex super-specialty uro-gynecological surgery on a patient diagnosed with Grade III Cystocele with Stress Urinary Incontinence.
Following comprehensive clinical evaluation and multidisciplinary planning, the patient underwent Burch Colposuspension, a specialized operative procedure aimed at restoring urethral support and effectively managing stress urinary incontinence.
The surgery was performed by the expert team comprising Dr Vudyut, M Ch (Urology), Dr Raksha Sharma, Senior Gynecologist, and Dr Gurmeet Kour, Senior Anesthetist. The procedure was completed successfully, and the patient is recovering satisfactorily under close postoperative supervision.
On this occasion, the Management Committee formally acknowledged and appreciated the dedicated efforts of the surgical team for delivering advanced and quality patient care.
