LEH, Mar 1: The Union Territory administration in Ladakh has ordered the transfer and posting of 15 officers, including one IAS and 14 JKAS officers. Further, seven JKAS officers have been assigned additional responsibilities in the interest of administration.

As per an order, Mukul Beniwal, SDM Nubra, has been transferred and posted as ADC Leh, Tashi Dolma, Director School Education, has been posted as Special Secretary Home, with additional charge of GAD, and Imteeaz Kacho, ADC Kargil, with additional charge of Joint Director, Information, has been posted as Director School Education.
Nargis Bano, Programme Officer, ICDS Kargil, with additional charge of CEO Tourism Development Authority Kargil, has been posted as Additional Registrar Cooperative, Sonam Nurboo, ADDC Leh, with additional charge of Senior Manager SIDCO, has been posted as RTO Ladakh, with additional charge of Senior Manager SIDCO, and Ghulam Mohammad, ADC Leh, with additional charge of CEO, Tourism Development Authority Leh, and Principal Food Craft Institute Ladakh, has been posted as ADC Kargil, with additional charge of CEO Tourism Development Authority Kargil, the order said.
Further, Rigzin Spalgon, Additional Secretary GAD/Home, has been posted as Programme Officer ICDS Leh, with additional charge of CEO Tourism Development Authority Leh, Shabir Hussain, Assistant Commissioner Leh, has been posted as Joint Director Information and Nodal Officer DILRMP, and Jigmet Raftan, Deputy Secretary, GAD with additional charge of PW(R&B), has been posted as SDM Nubra.
Similarly, Mohammad Taqi, Under Secretary to the office of Chief Secretary, has been posted as ACD Kargil, with additional charge of Assistant Director Tourism, Kargil. He shall continue to be Nodal Officer for the RRFAMS/UPSC. Delex Namgial, Assistant Chief Electoral Officer, with additional charge of Under Secretary Election, has been posted as ACR Leh, and Dorjay Gyalson, Tehsildar Leh, has been posted as Under Secretary to the office of the Chief Secretary, with additional charge of Under Secretary PW(R&B) and GAD.
The order further said Tufail Iqbal, Tehsildar Disket, has been posted as Tehsildar Durbuk, with additional charge of SDM Durbuk, Mohammad Ismail Ganie, Tehsildar Durbuk, has been posted as Tehsildar Disket, and Deachen Chondol, OSD to Chief Executive Councillor/Chairman, LAHDC Leh, has been posted as Tehsildar Kharu, with additional charge of SDM Kharu.
Meanwhile, seven JKAS officers have been assigned responsibilities.
The order said Shafiq Ahmad, GM, DIC Kargil, has been assigned the additional charge of Programme Officer ICDS Kargil, Sumera Shafi, Under Secretary School Education/Higher Education and YSS Departments, has been given the additional responsibility of Under Secretary H&P, Amir Suhail, Under Secretary Civil Aviation, Finance and PD &MD, has been assigned the additional responsibility of Under Secretary, DMRRR, and Anjil Singh, Assistant Commissioner Labour Leh, with additional charge of Assistant Director, Handicrafts Leh, has been entrusted with the additional charge of the post of Principal Food Craft Institute Ladakh.
Nilza Angmo, Under Secretary, FCS&CA, has been given the additional responsibility of Chief Electoral Officer and Under Secretary Election, Ayaz Ahmed, Tehsildar Kargil, has been given the additional charge of Executive Officer, Municipal Committee Kargil, and Atta-ullah, Naib Tehsildar Chuchot, has been entrusted with the additional charge of the post of Tehsildar Leh.
