JAMMU, Mar 16: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered initiation of disciplinary proceedings against Sanjeev Kumar Malhotra, the then Executive Engineer of I&FC Division-II Jammu, who is now retired as In-charge Chief Engineer.
