MOSCOW, March 26: Russia has submitted to the UN two reports on the torture of Russian prisoners of war by the Ukrainian armed forces, the Russian Foreign Ministry’s Ambassador-at-Large on the Kiev regime’s crimes Rodion Miroshnik told Sputnik.
“We have submitted two reports on torture, which speak of violations of the Third Geneva Convention, regarding the torture of prisoners of war. We have presented irrefutable evidence: direct speech, quotes from people who have returned from Ukrainian captivity,” Miroshnik said.
