JAMMU, Mar 30: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has directed all departments to observe “SADHANA Saptah” from April 2 to 8, 2026, as part of a nationwide initiative led by the Capacity Building Commission in collaboration with the Department of Personnel and Training and Karmayogi Bharat.
