JAMMU, Mar 31: The Finance Department of the Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered the transfers and postings of four officers in the interest of administration.
As per an order, Imtiyaz Ahmad Wani, Director Resources, Finance Department, has been transferred and posted as Director Accounts & Treasuries, Kashmir vice Abdul Hamid Kumar. The officer shall take over the charge of the post upon retirement of Abdul Hamid Kumar on March 31, 2026.
The order further said that Mazher Hussain, Director Finance, Public Works (R&B) Department, has been transferred and posted as Director Resources Finance Department vice Imtiyaz Ahmad Wani.
Hemkant Prasher, Director Finance, Agriculture Production Department, has been transferred and posted as Director Finance, Public Works (R&B) Department vice Mazher Hussain, the order said.
Similarly, Tabasum, Director Finance, Animal and Sheep Husbandry Department, shall hold the charge of the post of Director Finance, Agriculture and Horticulture Department, in addition to her own duties, till further orders.
