JAMMU, Apr 1: BJP MLA Balwant Singh Mankotia today alleged Rs 15,000 crore fraud pointed out by the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) in its report.
“The CAG has pointed out that there was no trace of Rs 14698 crore,” Mankotia said during Question Hour.

“A Committee is set up on the report and the concerned departments are given an opportunity to give their view point on the charges mentioned in the CAG report,” the Speaker said, adding if the reply of the Department is found satisfactory the charges are dropped.
