Jammu, Apr 1: Professor Umesh Rai, Vice Chancellor, University of Jammu, today released Vol. XXI No. 2, 2025 of ‘Researcher: A Multidisciplinary Journal’, published by the University of Jammu through its Publication Cell.
Researcher is a bi-annual, multidisciplinary, and referred (double-blind peer-reviewed) journal of the University that seeks to provide a specialized academic platform for the dissemination of research across a broad range of disciplines, including Science and Technology, Social Sciences, Business Studies, and Humanities.
Speaking on the occasion, Professor Umesh Rai appreciated the timely publication of various issues of the journal under the convenership of Prof. Shashi Prabha.
Prof. Neelu Rohmetra, Chairperson, Press & Publications, University of Jammu, shared the initiatives taken by the Publication Cell to enhance the outreach and visibility of the University’s research journal.
The current edition features twelve papers, including two under Science & Technology, four in the Social Sciences section, three in Business Studies, and three in the Arts & Humanities section. The publication process has been overseen by Prof. Shashi Prabha, Convener, Publication Cell.
The release function was attended by Dr. Neeraj Sharma, Registrar, University of Jammu; Prof. Namrata Sharma; Prof. Shashi Prabha; Dr. Ginny Dogra, Director, DIQA; Dr. Harleen Kour; and Dr. Jasleen Kour.
The ‘Researcher’ multidisciplinary journal continues to serve as a vital academic reference for scholars and researchers, promoting high-quality research and knowledge dissemination.
