Garhwal MP Anil Baluni narrowly escaped a falling boulder near Totaghati. The massive rock fell from the hillside onto his Innova car. He was traveling to assess the situation following a tunnel accident. Fortunately, no one inside the vehicle sustained serious injuries. The car sustained damage from the boulder’s impact.
