Thief escapes from police custody

JAMMU: A man, accused in a theft case, escaped from custody of Peer Mitha police.
As per details, accused namely Rahul, arrested by Bagh-e-Bahu Police in a theft case from Gujjar Nagar, escaped from police custody, when he was being taken to Peer Mitha Police Post. A manhunt was launched but he want not traced. A case has been registered in this regard.
