SAMBA: A delegation led by Sarpanch Ravinder Singh, Panchayat Kehli Mandi Samba called on ARTO Samba Rehana Tabasum on Saturday and demanded to ply more JKSRTC buses on various routes. Singh handed memorandum to ARTO mentioning that allot some buses for the easy conveyance of the public of Samba at below routes of villages belong to Tehsil Samba, District Samba which include Special buses from Mandies (Samba ) to Jammu; Chachwal to Jammu (already JKSRTC bus run from Chachwal to Jammu but due to COVID- 19, it has stopped); Bain Glar to Jammu via Raipur, Sumb to Jammu (already JKSRTC bus run from Sumb to Jammu but due to COVID 19, it has stopped). It also demanded daily services from Rajpura to Jammu via Ghagwal; Nud to Jammu and Surara to Jammu. ARTO gave patience hearing to the demands and assured the needful.
