Bandipora: The officials of District Child protection unit, Child Welfare Committee, Bandipora and Assam Police re-united a minor child with his family, who was trafficked from Assam.
As per details, a child, trafficked from Assam, was found by District Police Bandipora in Sumbal and was produced before Child welfare committee Bandipora through Protection Officer NIC.
After hectic efforts of DCPU, Child Welfare Committee and Bandipora police, his whereabouts were traced and Assam Police was informed. After following due course of law, the child was reunited with parents.
