JAMMU: The Government on Thursday promoted six Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) officers to the Special Scale while 39 Time Scale officers promoted to the Selection Grade of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service.
“Sanction is accorded to the promotion of Selection Grade officers namely Trishala Kumari, Kunzes Angmo, Pran Singh, Rakesh Kumar, Khurshid Ahmad Shah and Zahida Bano to the Special Scale of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service in pay level 13 (Rs. 123100-215900), with effect from December 10, 2021,” reads an order issued by Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, Commissioner/Secretary, General Administration Department.
Consequently, Trishala Kumari, Pran Singh and Rakesh Kumar have been designated as Special Secretaries in the respective departments. Meanwhile, in another order, sanction is accorded to the promotion of 39 Time Scale officers to the Selection Grade of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service in pay level 12 (Rs. 78800-209200), with effect from December 10, 2021,” reads an order issued by Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, Commissioner/Secretary, General Administration Department.
As per order, the officers who have been promoted to the Selection Grade include Ghulam Mohammad Bhat, Ghulam Mohi-ud-din, Bilkees Jan, Ashima Sher, Mridhu Salathia, Ideel Saleem, Muddasir Latif Tasir, Atul Kumar, Imteeaz Ahmad Khan Kacho, Sarfaraz, Sukriti Sharma, Muzaffar Malik, Ashok Kumar, Avleen Kour Bali, Vikas Verma, Shazia Koser, Tahir Mustafa Malik, Virender Kumar Manyal, Sundeep Singh Bali, Garbi Rashid, Khalid Hussain, Vishwajeet, Kulbushan Khajuria, Mohammad Rouf Rehman, Vinay Khosla, Mohammad Akbar Bhat, Rakesh Kumar Vaid, Subash Chander, Kewal Kumar, Farukh Qazi, Sohan Lal, Joginder Singh Jasrotia, Vivek Modi, Vinay Samotra, Pankaj Bhagotra, Sanjay Kumar Bhat, Rajesh Lakhan, Mohammad Alyas Khan and Kamlesh Rani.
Consequently, the aforesaid officers shall continue at their present places of posting(s), till further orders while Muddasir Latif Tasir, Muzaffar Malik, Vikas Verma, Virender Kumar Manyal, Vinay Khosla, Subash Chander, Kewal Kumar, Vinay Samotra, Pankaj Bhagotra have been designated as Additional Secretaries in the respective Departments whereas Sarfaraz has been designated as Officer on Special Duty with Advisor (B) to the Lieutenant Governor.
