JAMMU: ‘Hub of Learning’ is a collaborative ‘communities of practice’ initiated by CBSE in which five or more schools engage together to bring about common and shared cultures, healthy interdependence across different areas of teacher-learning, curriculum planning and other skill practices.
JK Public School Kunjwani was made the lead collaborator school of its hub along with member schools APS BD Bari, KV Miran Sahib, IDPS Jammu & Cybernetics Secondary School. All member schools have been working from the very start and have successfully conducted several events online as well as offline. As a last ditch effort, the e-newsletter of the hub was brought out. The whole group was given a name ‘Synergy’ and a logo was also created to give the group a unique identity. Meanwhile, on January 5, 2022, e-launch of the newsletter took place on zoom platform, which was attended by literary luminaries like Anjali Chhabra (Deputy Secretary COE Chandigarh), Dr Pramod Kumar Srivastav (Principal, Model Academy District Training Coordinator (COE Chandigarh) & President Jammu Sahodaya School Complex), Dr Kunal Anand (Secretary Jammu Sahodaya & Principal DPS Udhampur, Vijay Puri (Mentor Jammu Sahodaya), K C S Mehta (Mentor Jammu Sahodaya), Dr Vikesh Kour (Principal Doon International School), K L Dogra (Principal MV International School), Anil Pathania (Principal JKPS Kathua), Agimon (Principal K V Miran Sahib, Randeep Wazir (Principal, IDPS Jammu), Jyoti Baloria (Principal, Cybernetics Secondary School) Neeta Rawal (Principal APS BD Bari). Vandana Sharma (Principal JKPS Kunjwani) welcomed all the guests.
The office bearers of Jammu Sahodaya had high words of praise for the good work done by JK Public School, Kunjwani and expressed that it would set precedence for others. According good wishes, the Chairman JK Educational Society, Raj Daluja congratulated the team for their excellent work. Director JK Educational Society, Shashi Chaudhary in her message shared her satisfaction and pleasure on the work done by team JKPS. The programme was anchored by Shivani Sambyal (HOL Programme Coordinator JKPS Kunjwani) supported by Rena Sanyal & Rishiv Prabhakar as technical team. Vice Principal Shashi Rattan presented formal vote of thanks.
