ABVP holds protest against CoE CLUJ to force COVID positive student for exam

JAMMU: Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) Jammu Mahanagar on Tuesday held protest against Controller of Examination Cluster University of Jammu for taking exam of a COVID positive students and conducting supplementary exams of 5th semester. The Cluster University of Jammu is conducting the supplementary exams of students of 5th and 3rd semester in this pandemic situation where other universities postpone their exams in this situation. ABVP leaders said that administration forced a girl student who is COVID positive to sit in exam and showed arrogant behaviour towards other students. ABVP demanded that the government should intervene in this matter and should suspend the Controller of Examination who is responsible for all these.
ABVP Secretary Mukesh Manhas said forcing a COVID-19 Positive student to sit in exam is very shameful and we condemned this. Govt must intervene in this matter and take action against those who are responsible for all this. ABVP Jammu Mahanagar Secretary Chahat Anand said we condemned the arrogant behaviour of the University administration towards students who forced to give exam in this pandemic when other universities have postponed the exams. Abhishek, Hariom Sharma, Anit Manhas, Mitali Sharma, Danish Veer Magotra, Anubhav, Ansh, Nitesh Dalmotra, Sahil, Vikrant and Piyush were also present.
